Autonation Mazda Carlsbad - Service Center

My advisor Colin saved the day after have not one, but two fails prior. First, after not receiving a return call when I had a sensor go off and my car lost power on the freeway, to then after making my se two fails prior. First, after not receiving a return call when I had a sensor go off and my car lost power on the freeway, to then after making my service appt was told my advisor would be contacting me to review failed to call me because he was on vacation! So they assigned me to someone who wasn’t there? When I checked in and explained to Colin my dissatisfaction with the follow through he came through immediately getting me a loner car, gave me no excuses and got me in and out of there in 10 min. He was very communicative and took care of all my cars problems. Colin is the only reason I would return there. He should be running the service department. Thanks Colin! More

I’m 2 hours and 30 minutes into a routine scheduled maintenance. Frustrating that I was just told an update was on the way. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! I was greeted promptly, and was so well taken care of during my stay at the dealership, while my car got serviced. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable Service Agent, Colin. He was prompt to meet me at my car as a pulled in, patiently heard what my concerns were, thoroughly explained the process + potential Agent, Colin. Chris, the Service Manager also took the time to tend to my needs to ensure all work performed was above satisfactory.
