I came in. For an oil change using a prepaid plan which I had purchased from Vista. This plan is supposed to be good at any jeep or chrysler dealership nation For an oil change using a prepaid plan which I had purchased from Vista. This plan is supposed to be good at any jeep or chrysler dealership nationwide. I've used this for oil changes at two different dealerships in denver and one in Washington state with no problem. I was told that your dealership would not honor this prepaid plan. I picked up my vehicle and left and have an appointment to have it done elsewhere. I've been a customer of this dealership since 2002 under different ownership and I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs and purchased new vehicles from that dealership. I'm a local homeowner in summit county but I will take all of my business to Denver from now on. You have lost my business in that of my family for life. More

Took my car in for a brake problem, they replaced my brake booster and didn’t bother to check the brakes themselves. After paying $1700, drove my car out of Silverthorne only to find my brakes were shak brake booster and didn’t bother to check the brakes themselves. After paying $1700, drove my car out of Silverthorne only to find my brakes were shaking more than when I brought the car in, my traction control light was on, and I had to fix my brake switch as my taillights weren’t turning off. Took it back, and service was condescending saying they would look into it after they had my car for a full week and I’m supposed to be leaving for a roadtrip two days later. After speaking with Robert and Michael, they identified my brakes were nearly metal to metal and my rotors were warped. Would I have been naïve and drove my car to Montana after I got it back the first time, my brakes would have gone out because they didn’t inspect it and could have risked being in an accident. I’m truly disappointed in this service as I trusted them to give me my car back in safe condition. It was only after I got in touch with Robert the Service Director that xxxx was handled correctly.
