Chris was my sales person, absolutely love him. I bought two vehicles from them and traded my car in. They paid my car off and gave me extra money, which I didn’t expect. Any issues I’ve had, which I bought two vehicles from them and traded my car in. They paid my car off and gave me extra money, which I didn’t expect. Any issues I’ve had, which have been small they have addressed and worked with me on. I can’t say anything negative about them at all. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

My daughter bought a car there August 14th. As she went to drive it off the lot, it wouldn’t start. They took it back and assured us the issue was fixed. Less than 30 days later, she’s away at As she went to drive it off the lot, it wouldn’t start. They took it back and assured us the issue was fixed. Less than 30 days later, she’s away at college and her car won’t start. After a jump by campus police she drove it to Autozone where they tested the battery (it was fine) and the alternator (which tested bad). We took it back to AutoVa and were told it’s not the alternator. After keeping the car for a couple of days they said the battery has “bad terminals” and supposedly fixed the issue. We picked it up Thursday and today, as my daughter is preparing to return to college, the car will not start. Either we were sold a lemon or they can’t tell when an alternator has gone bad. Horrible experience. More

I contacted Autova on a Saturday about a 2018 Ram 1500 and decided to check it out in person. After test driving, I noticed the traction control light was on and the paint had chips. The salesman assured and decided to check it out in person. After test driving, I noticed the traction control light was on and the paint had chips. The salesman assured me both would be fixed before I picked it up. After purchasing, I waited over a week before being told the truck was ready. Hours before pickup, I was informed the part for the traction control light hadn’t arrived. I declined pickup but later changed my mind. When I arrived, the paint chips hadn’t been fixed. I was told I’d need to bring it back for that and again to Dodge for the traction control repair—highly inconvenient given I live 40 minutes away and need the truck for work. Autova said they’d schedule me for the paint fix, and Dodge would call when the part arrived. After nearly two weeks of silence, I called Dodge, who claimed they had no record of the repair. After back-and-forth between Dodge and Autova, I was told the part wouldn’t arrive for 2-3 weeks—only to get a call days later saying it was in. Meanwhile, the truck developed a front-end squeak. Since I had a 30-day service guarantee, I called Autova, who told me to have Dodge diagnose it. Dodge said it was the brakes. Autova, claiming the brakes were new and under warranty, agreed to replace them. Before my brake appointment, the transmission started slipping. When I brought the truck in, I asked them to check it. Later, they told me they wouldn’t replace the brakes because their tech couldn’t confirm the noise came from them and couldn’t get the truck to duplicate the transmission issue—despite it slipping daily for me. They then said they’d order a part for the squeak but later called saying they needed me to bring the truck back for a measurement. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Months in, I’ve had more trouble with this truck than the one I replaced. Terrible communication, repeated inconvenience, and unresolved issues make me regret ever buying from Autova. Highly dissatisfied—wouldn’t recommend. More
