I went back to the same dealership after moving home back to Texas last year. I was welcomed and thanked for being a Veteran. I went back this year and its still the same down home atmosphere. The service advisor, Jermaine Huey, advised there was a recall on our Denali and got it taken care of along with the service I requested. Jermaine kept me informed on my truck and where it was and apologized when he felt it was taking a bit longer. I will continue to use AutoWorld for the service needs to my truck. Dillon Imboden was amazing! I cannot speak his praises more. My family was driving through on vacation for the weekend when our fuel tank fell out under our GMC Yukon. We called AutoWorld Chevrolet and Dillon did everything he could to help us. He ended up driving himself down the road with a tech to see how he could help and ended up getting the car to a place safe to drive to the shop. It was a Saturday and the service department was about to close, but Dillon got the car on a lift, fixed the issue and double checked the fuel tank, tires and overall vehicle inspection. It was not a convenient time, and especially on a Saturday, when he could be home but he went above and beyond to help my family out. I would highly recommend this dealerships service department, more specifically Dillon Imboden. More
