My Review of BMW Gallery of Norwood:
I appreciated the fact that BMW Gallery and Harris did not give me the "hard sales" routine. They treated me with respect and provided a fair price without going back and forth 20 times. The dealership was an important factor in buying from Gallery. the car sells itself and being an informed customer I had a good idea what the market was for this car. Gallery and Harris were able to price the car fairly which prompted me to buy the car, even though I had not planned to buy until August.

Harris is a soft spoken, no pressure gentleman. Overall the most pleasant experience at a car dealer I've had! There was no pressure, an easy and quick negotiation, and a clear sense Harris and his team would go the extra mile. We had total faith in the preparation of the car and any after are we might need.

I dealt with BMW Gallery on the used car side of the shop: trading a 2000 Corvette toword a 2003 Porsche 911 Carerra 4. My salesman, Tom Michalopoulos was unfailing professional, pleasant, conscientious and informed. Tom worked with me to make the process as trouble-free as possible and to explore every practical purchase and delivery option in organizing the trade. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and the BMW Gallery.

The salesman who sold me my car was Peter Fard.He is an asset to the BMW Gallery.I have bought 2 other BMW'S from Peter and would recommned him to all friends and families.He is honest,caring,and does whatever it takes to put the customer as his #1 priority.Thank you Peter.

My Review of BMW Gallery of Norwood:
I visited the BMW Gallery in Norwood last week to look at Pre-Owned BMWs. I was greeted by friendly Sales people and the Sales manager. My salesman, Harris, was very helpful in having me test drive a car - and eventually finding the perfect car for me. My husband made an offer - and it wasn't long before I owned my first BMW.

I am impressed with the free service and extended warranty offered by BMW. I have always been afraid of the expenses- then to find out that all service is free up to 60,000 miles was a great surprise.

I am expecting my first purchase of a BMW won't be my last.

I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 750Li from Gallery BMW and found the experience to be exceptional. Steve Martin was my Sales Associate, and he was very respectful, knowledgeable and straight-forward in his approach. After having a horrendous experience the same week at Herb Chambers Foreign Motors West (which appears to be no surprise), I spent two hours on a Friday afternoon with Steve, closed the deal and was able to pick up my beautiful Bimmer the next day at 9am Saturday morning. I got the car I wanted for a better deal than I originally had thought I could get. Steve went above and beyond in making my sales experience A+ in just about every way. I would recommend Steve Martin and Gallery BMW of Norwood to anyone seeking to purchase a BMW in the greater Boston area.

Great personal and friedly service. Very patience and willing to go through a lot of questions and discussion of option to help me find the right car at the right price. I never felt pressured through the whole process and was completely satisfied with the purchase. Took the time needed to make me feel comfortable with the car before I drove off. Very nice facilities too.

This is my 3rd BMW....and first time buy at the Gallery..I'm very impressed on the products presentation.... on how friendly, courteous ,the level of customer care service...and how hard my salesperson worked to make this sales possible for me....I have testdriven BMW's competitors and have visited numerous dealers along the automile...and in metrowest area....But got to say..Bimmer is the Best.... and Craig my salesperson is the man!!He met his quotas and ...I got my price....and walked out with another beautiful car...It coudn't have been better....

Craig exceeded all expectations in every area. He spent a lot of time with me as I decided on which model to buy as well as which stereo to put in it. He went way out of his way to find a car for me that had in it what I wanted. He sent someone to Princeton NJ to get the car and have it back in a day so that I could benefit from the promotion BMW was offering in March. After he picked me up from the dealership where I dropped off my old car he spent another significant amount of time explaining every little thing about how my car works. The experience with Craig could not have been better! I will definitely recommend him in the future.
The man in the finance department was also very nice. Sorry, I can't remember his name.
