Each time has been better than the previous experience, they simply exceed expectations. This time I ordered a new model 330E plug in Hybrid, a car no dealer yet had in stock. The process was painless and I was updated regularly on progress, real solid communications, never any pressure. When car came in we were not in state but they explained there was no issue, car would be waiting. Delivery was a joy, included education on the new technology and operations. After the sale, same excellent follow up, service and professional treatment in every step. Good folks, great experience. More

Not only was the sales aspect of this deal seamless but I was also given an opportunity to hang out with my BMW Genius Aaron to show me all the ins and outs of my new 320i. He easily answered all of my questions and since I'm not exactly a tech wiz he Was happy to guide me trough how to set up my phone, memory seating, etc. Even a couple weeks after having my car both Bjorn and Aaron contacted me to make sure I was loving my new vehicle and to make sure no new questions had come up!
