Attentiveness and respectfulness is primary for all the staff. Apparent that they utilize training for all in the way they communicate. Jeffrey Thomas ("JT") was our point of contact all the way through the process. Will refer all to him specifically. And not to spoil anything, but after the purchase is complete they help you "celebrate" with all the staff. Once in a lifetime experience you have to experience for yourself. More
