I was not given any updates on my car when I dropped it off for an oil change- no calls or texts. I had an appointment at 12 and eventually had to call at 4:30 to ask about when it would be finished. I was off for an oil change- no calls or texts. I had an appointment at 12 and eventually had to call at 4:30 to ask about when it would be finished. I was told 5 to 5:30. I showed up at 5:30 and my service rep was not there and my car was not finished. I highly recommend Tania, who finished up and fixed the billing after the previous service rep listed it as already covered. I was told he had also expressed that he had texted me about my car before leaving, which was false. I eventually was able to take my car home at closing, 6 pm. Primarily for lack of communication, I will not recommended this dealer in the future. More
