I have been taking my car for few years now mainly because I like the friendly and relaxed environment at this dealership.Brian listens to you and takes the extra steps to address your concerns. For example, I have the aluminium interior trim that gets easily damaged due to the seat belt being released too early by the driver. I noticed few knicks due to mechanics and porters releasing seat belt too early. Too reduce any additional knicks to the trim,Brian makes sure he drives the car to and back from the service area. I really appreciate that he does this. Last month, BMW of Bel Air agreed to host a "meet and greet" for all BMW owners and car enthusiasts. They generously provided the us with free key chains, umbrellas,food and drinks. What a great dealership ! They get 5 stars from me for taking the right steps to a new level of service and reaching out to the BMW owners. More
