This is the 5th BMW my family has bought from Anthony! Anthony, and the staff at BMW of Cape Cod, were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Their no pressure, warm and welcoming atmosphere makes car buying an enjoyable experience rather than a high anxiety chore I used to endure. After I bought my cars, Anthony didn’t forget me or my family. He personally worked through any issue I had and wasn’t satisfied until I was satisfied. The service staff is professional and courteous. The entire staff works to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. They understand your time is valuable and work diligently to get you on your way. I don’t live near the Cape, but I saw a car advertised at a great price and decided to take the long drive. The car was exactly as advertised and I was treated very well by my sales rep, technical advisor, finance manager and everyone else at the dealership. What I really appreciated is not being pressured to buy expensive post sale add ins like they do at other dealers. When I picked up my car, my tech advisor spend a lot of time with me to ensure that I fully understood how to use all of the features. Bottom line I highly recommend buying a car at this dealership. Exemplary Service - A Great example of a BMW Dealership This dealership is really great! So great, that I purchased a car from them without ever having to set foot in this dealership or meeting anyone in p This dealership is really great! So great, that I purchased a car from them without ever having to set foot in this dealership or meeting anyone in person....That's right, the staff here are so professional and friendly that I was able to purchase a car and have it delivered to me in a different state to my door without having to physically visit their dealership...which is a shame - it looks really nice from google maps/images...but they are 1,200 miles away from me... :-) I shopped the entire BMW CPO inventory for the entire United States to find the right car over the course of several weeks. There were a few dealerships that had my right car (year, color, mileage, packages, etc) - but this was the only dealership I felt comfortable doing business with. To elaborate: We wanted a very particular car/configuration and were willing to buy it sight unseen and go through the process of sign and scan paperwork, shipping logistics, etc...I spent 5-6 weeks looking for the right car/dealership... ...Over those few weeks finding the right car (checking the U.S. CPO inventory every day), for the few dealerships that had the particular configuration we were looking for, I sent each an E-mail and made a follow up call later that day. Two dealerships bluntly told me they wouldn't sell to me out of state...that is fine, lets not waste each other's time...the others were wishy-washy and slow to relay information to me if at all. One of their Client advisers disappeared for 4 days, during which time the car was sold from underneath me...Another dealership was near a family member that had time to check it out for me in person....from that point on, she was constantly being bombarded with annoying Sales Calls...I had to complain to their General Manager and to BMW North America HQ to get them to stop.... Ok...enough about those other unimpressive BMW dealerships...this review is about my experience with the Cape Code BMW Dealership...In my opinion one of the best car dealerships I have ever experienced... This dealership (unlike the vast majority) actually called me after sending them an inquiry E-mail. Ben was very friendly, professional and straight to the point. He took pictures of all the angles that I requested and provided additional information about the car in a very quick fashion. After the quick relay of information, I knew I wanted to work with this Client Adviser and Dealership. Financial paperwork gets sent to me the same day, I fill it out and the next day Rich (Finance?) gets me processed. I really appreciate the no B.S., straight to the point approach when asking pointed questions about finance/APR rates/additional up-sales. Back to Ben working out the additional details like getting the car delivered out of state, out of state registration, etc....there were some complications in getting the car registered, but they communicated well enough to not concerned about the process...Brandon the on-site I-Genius is a great asset to this Dealership! He was able to answer questions for me that even the centralized I-concierge/genius North America group could not answer. I will also say the after-sales experience was also great! After receiving the car, I noticed a missing interior piece. Ben made sure it was ordered and right now is heading to me via FedEX. Really, If I had to find a flaw in the service, the only thing you could possibly ding them on, would be they should have automatic out of office replies for their E-mail when they take days off....but in reality very few operations across all industries actually do this....but it would be really great if they did.... Let me reiterate - I never stepped foot in this dealership nor met any of its staff in person, but the level of service they exude made this a great experience...now imagine if actually physically visiting them it must be truly a wonderful experience... All I know, is that when we will be shopping for our next BMW, one of my first actions will be checking out Cape Cod's inventory and checking with their recommended shipping broker on current transport pricing ;-) More

On each occasion, Anthony exceed my expectations, finding the perfect car/SUV that met my expectations and budget. Anthony is professional, knowledgable, and makes the buying process easy and painless. If you’re in the market for your first BMW or looking for a new BMW- I highly recommend taking a trip to Hyannis and meeting with Anthony- you’ll not be dissapointed. In total my family has bought 5 BMW’s from Anthony in the past 3 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I would also like to thank the BMW geniuses, Brandon and Jacob-both were super helpful with explaining technology such as: pairing phone, Apple Car Play and and ensuring my automobile was linked to the BMW Connected app on my phone. They both were patient and provided me with direct contact information in the event I had further questions after leaving the dealership.
