Dealership good because of people like my advisor Pat Riccardelli. He takes care of my Car like it was his and makes me feel in good hands. Sadly the industry is one of the least trusted In the nation. I have a very bad feeling in my dealings with BMW. For more than thirty five years all our cars (2-3) At a time were BMWs. During Covid we had two leased cars stranded for a long time. We did not use all our purchased miles and Did not get any refund or compensation for that. BMW claimed that this was an act of force majeure. In my view this was an BMW act of piracy. Other things happened which deterred me To be loyal to a company which does not show loyalty . More

Everything that was said to me about the service how long it would take what they would do everything was right on target there were no surprises no pressure to do any other repairs.
