However, my experience with BMW Las Vegas Sales has been disappointing. When I purchased my car, I was misled on several important details, especially the claim that the vehicle had gone through a full multipoint inspection. Based on the issues I’ve encountered since, it’s difficult to believe that inspection was done as described. This has affected my trust in the dealership’s sales process. While the service team, especially Dave, has been great, the sales experience left me dissatisfied and questioning the transparency of the information provided at the time of purchase. More
I brought my 2018 BMW in for an oil change for my 9:00 am appointment. I could tell by all the cars lined up that it was a busy day at the Dealership. My Service Advisor Dave got me in right away. Dave notic appointment. I could tell by all the cars lined up that it was a busy day at the Dealership. My Service Advisor Dave got me in right away. Dave noticed my registration expires in March and asked if I wanted to get it smogged while I was there. I obviously said yes. I received the video from the service department showing the status of my vehicle. I was informed my rotors were leaking but overall everything was okay. I could see the rotors leaking in the video. I got an estimate and will address the rotors in my next visit. When my vehicle was finished I mentioned I had a ding in my windshield from a truck. I asked if the Dealership could fix it. Dave said the Dealership didn’t fix dings in the windshield but he knew someone that did and gave me her card. Even though the Dealership was packed Dave got me out of there in a timely fashion, which I appreciated. From addressing the leaking rotors, the inquiry regarding the expiring registration and the referral for the crack in my windshield are all reasons I only take my vehicle to BMW of Las Vegas.
