BMW of Lincoln’s Service Department is absolutely fantastic! From having extremely knowledgeable advisors (specifically Rudy in this case) to outstandingly helpful and kind shuttle drivers. Although my BMW X1 only needed 2 recalls addressed, Rudy used a pressure-free approach to recommend future mechanical fixes which will be done soon. More
