BMW of Maui - Service Center

The worst service ever ! I took my car in for an oil change and told them the engine light was on , and to please check it. I left the car there for few days, and they called me to come to pick it up . change and told them the engine light was on , and to please check it. I left the car there for few days, and they called me to come to pick it up . I told them please have my car washed, and called them before I left the house to be sure my car was ready. When I got there , they brought out my car is still dirty and I had to wait for them to wash it again. When I left, I noticed the check engine light was still on, so now I need to make another appointment to take care of that. Ron was so rude and unprofessional. They just try to get the most money out of you . Since I worked I car dealership before I knew the BMW of Maui charges you double on the service price . Never going back there again ! More

Excellent experience and service I just moved here from Cali and had a great relationship with my service center and didn’t think I would find another great one...I did! Ben took my car and heard my issues and addressed each one with an explanation and recommendation. A good service center and employees are hard to find but Bmw Maui is a good one.
