⚠️ Warning for anyone buying from BMW of Birmingham (Irondale): I’m posting on behalf of someone (“Bob”) who trusted this dealership and ended up with a bad experience. If you’re not fluent in English or new to car buying, be extra careful here. What happened: The sales team rushed the entire process. Promised to explain paperwork after signing (they never did). GAP insurance wasn’t offered or explained — even when asked. Was forced to pay for extras like dent coverage and PermaPlate without clear consent. When “Bob” asked questions, one of the finance reps (Nauman Rabbani) accused him of recording — very suspicious behavior. After the sale, the salesperson (Erick Fitzpatrick) ignored calls and even made threats instead of helping. Key names involved: Erick Fitzpatrick (Sales), Donna Daniel (Sales/Lease Rep), Kaleb Redmond (GM), Eric & Nauman Rabbani, Pinak & Pedro (Customer Relations/Finance). Bottom line: They take advantage of buyers who don’t fully understand the process. Don’t sign anything until you’ve read every line — and if they rush you, walk away. More

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Service and Communication at BMW of Montgomery I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle repair at BMW of Montgomery. Communication at BMW of Montgomery I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle repair at BMW of Montgomery. I initially brought my car in due to issues with the tire and rim. Despite having a valid wheel and tire policy, I was told the repairs would not be covered—contrary to the terms of the policy. Only after escalating the issue to BMW USA did I receive a call from the General Manager confirming that the repairs would be covered. While I appreciated that resolution, what followed has been another round of frustration. I returned my vehicle to the dealership on Monday, June 14, 2025 for the approved repairs. It has now been over a week, and I have received no communication from the dealership regarding the status of my car. Today, June 23, I contacted the service department and spoke with a representative who informed me—after placing me on hold—that my vehicle is still in the service department. When I inquired about a loaner vehicle due to the extended wait and the inconvenience of having to rely on my husband’s car, I was told none were available but that I would be added to a waiting list. This experience has been both disappointing and unprofessional. Timely updates and basic communication should be the standard, especially from a brand that prides itself on customer experience. At this point, I feel neglected as a customer and am questioning my continued loyalty to the BMW brand. I urge BMW of Montgomery to seriously address their service communication and follow-up processes. I expect a prompt update on my vehicle and a viable transportation solution while repairs are pending. More
