Purchased new X5 Just finished our purchase of a 2019 BMW X5. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Danny helped with our trade while Aquan initiated the build Just finished our purchase of a 2019 BMW X5. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Danny helped with our trade while Aquan initiated the build process. Daniel, the new car manager, took over for Aquan due to his move to a new position with the City of Montgomery (congratulations Aquan). He fielded multiple questions and changes to our build specifications and was always happy to assist. He made several calls to the factory to check the status since it tool a little longer than expected. This was due to supplier isssues on a new line. Once the car arrived Madison helped us get accustomed to the vehicle and Mick worked with us on our financing. Again, everyone in this entire process were outstanding. I highly recommend BMW of Montgomery for your new or used car sales. As a side note, I have other BMWs and use the service department. The same professional and personal attention is always given by their staff...a special shout out to Bryan and Chad for their help over the years. Thank you to all the team at BMW of Montgomery. More

Diagnosis and repairs on 328i Like Echols was very helpful with my service visit, from arrival to pick-up. I gave Christian a time I would arrive at the dealership and he was in the back completing the prep of the vehicle for delivery when I arrived. He communicates in a clear manner so I always know what service or repair is required and what is recommended. He is timely in his follow-ups as status changes and helps me make decisions as what repairs to do. He is truly a gem in a dealership that has an excellent staff. Luke, Renee, Jason, Chad, Aquan, Danny, Roger...the list goes on. I am happy to say that BMW of Montgomery is a place that I feel confident in taking my Ultimate Driving Machines and knowing I will receive fair and reliable service.
