This dealer does not deliver on promises. My last car was an Audi that was serviced 3 times and towed once. All 4 times I had a loaner car. I was promised the same loaner car support on the X5 I bought at BMW New London. It has also been serviced 3 times and towed once just like the Audi. But instead of 4 loaner cars I have gotten zero. No loaner cars, no reimbursement for rental cars. They say they have loaner cars and perhaps that is true but being 0 for 4 in getting one I think it is clear that have way too few. I think they are heavily influenced by the Toyota dealership they share the building with. If you are going to have your car serviced here you should think twice if a premium experience and loaner cars are something you expect to come with the premium price, More

Dealer replied to a review made on Yelp regarding past negative experiences including harassed off lot by Lou Camerota, they claim non of the persons named work there, which is a total lie. After reading their reply, I called and checked to verify, sure enough, its a lie.. I confirmed Lou still works there, the rep said he is off but still works there.. This dealer, like others, will attempt to do anything to cover up including lie. I only visit this dealer for service, due to location which is only miles away. I do not buy from these people, a small, unprofessional dealership, thinks its ok to yell at their customers and harass them off their lot. More

Recently bought a 2018 CPO 330xi BMW here. Darnell knew in replacing my S60 he needed a special car and he found one and I was pleased with him working with the Sales Manager, Marty to give me a price I co in replacing my S60 he needed a special car and he found one and I was pleased with him working with the Sales Manager, Marty to give me a price I couldn't refuse. This is my second BMW that I have purchased from this dealership. Both times the experience was absolutely great! And Sooooooo easy!!! I worked with Client Advisor Zach Skinner and he was awesome! Worked hand-in-hand with the BMW Genius, Ryan who walked me through all the tech in the new BMW 3 series. All I have to say is, "Wow!" This guy knows his stuff, and BMW has really given him a lot to teach w me through all the tech in the new BMW 3 series. All I have to say is, "Wow!" Small dealership, unprofessional sales people If you haven't read my prior reviews about this dealer, then you should. I go to this dealer strictly for service and repair, I absolutely do not buy from this place anymore...My experiences date back from 2012 to present including a failed extortion attempt by the former sales manager Elias, a former sales rep David Morgan thinking its ok to raise his voice to me on several occasions, harassed off the dealership lot by the current sales manager Lou Camerota. Elias attempted to extort 1k from me saying I was putting down $2500, it would show $1500 down and to give him the 1k difference in cash. This might be part of the reason he is no longer working there, I believe he left soon after. A former sales rep, David Morgan, felt its ok to yell/raise his voice to me on several occasions, also no longer with the dealership. My last experience included being harassed off the lot by Lou Camerota after dropping off my car for service while walking home. I was approached by Lou in the rain instead of inside the dealership in front of witnesses, I was headed home at time, did not have time to speak and argue about unwanted mailings the dealer was sending to me.. He proceeded to follow me a good 50 feet off the lot, making disparaging comments in an attempt to get a statement from me. Unable to do so, he became upset and was yelling at this point.. Do yourself a favor, go to a more reputable dealership, even if you have to drive a good hour or more. More
