Arrived for my appointment and was told that the dealership no longer did state inspections. Since the appointment was made at the end of the month, if I had know ahead of time that the dealer could not do the inspection I would have gone somewhere else that day for the inspection, and come back to the dealer for the detailing at a later date. The fact that I received no heads up tells me that the dealer did not consider my time valuable. The work they did on the detailing was great, and I may go back for that type of service. However, I don’t see how I can trust them for important service work. Especially work where time may be an issue. For example, if in the future they tell me a job may take more than 2 days, I will probably go elsewhere, because I do not believe Gallery considers my time valuable and they may not be concerned if the job stretches into a 3 day (or longer). The quality of post purchase service was the reason I moved from Herb Chambers to Gallery. After only one year with my X3 I am concerned I am already dealing with a similar issue. More

Great experience My sales person, Jake, was more collaborative than pushy. He heard what I valued and what I didn't care about and found me just the right car. It was My sales person, Jake, was more collaborative than pushy. He heard what I valued and what I didn't care about and found me just the right car. It was used with minimal mileage. He advocated with management to come to a price that made me feel like I got a true value. I highly recommend him and the dealership! More
recall Service Had to bring vehicle in for a recall and while it was there to check car for rough idol. Found reason for the rough idol and replaced part. Edison the finance rep answered all our questions thouroughly & made us feel comfortable to ask anything. He walked through every detail & knee what he was talkin about without having to ask anyone. Plus they just charge be for an hour work so price was very very fair. To be honest I was surprised that they would hammer me. But they didn’t. So I think you are good if you go there. It always more at the dealership but your paying for piece of mind. Ask for Dan he is an Honest guy and knows everyone is busy and needs things done quick More

Great, took me in earlier than scheduled i appreciate that Recall service. Went well. Seema like everything is fine. Tild taillights are out and they are not. Everything else went fine.
