Dishonest but dispute finally resolved by Basically, these people are dishonest. I purchased a 2015 certified pre-owned BMW from them. The car was offered for sale at $26,769. I test drove the car went home and sent them an email offering $26000 which was accepted by the salesperson. There was a $750 rebate being offered by BMW USA at the time. When he sent me the first sales summary sheet, it indicated that the rebate was being used to get the price down to $26K. I emailed them to say that my offer was for $26K and then the rebate from BMW USA would come to me to reduce the price. The salesman sent me a corrected sales summary sheet indicating this. In the end, after spending 2 hours with the financing department fumbling around to get the deal into the computer and telling me it would all come out correctly, it didn't. I wound up inadvertently paying their full asking price. Yes, I should have been more careful going over the numbers but I relied on what I was being told. When I brought this to their attention in the next days, I got absolutely no response from anyone at the dealership. Be really careful as this is a very slippery and dishonest group. Watch out for Charles Mervilus, Tylor Shruick and Jason Choquette. After this complaint and similar to attorney general and BMW-USA, I got a call from Kevin Misanko who apologized and issued me a refund check right away. So there are some good people at this dealership and some who don't care. More

I have been in the service over 12 times. around 6 or 7 check engine light came on and the most important check engine light was 2 weeks ago driving on route 91 south 2 hours away my car broke down on the highway. My family was in the car 2 beautiful little girls on the back seat, we got so lucky that i had time to pull over. It could have ended very bad for us. state trooper came and pushed my 7 series to the exit so we can be safe and my car get towed back to the dealership. I have tried to contact the GM regarding this ongoing issue and finally got a hold of him and all i can tell you is this people dont care about what happens to you or if you are unhappy with the service or the car. I wanted to trade my car in and get a safer car hopping wont break every 1000 miles. however like i mentioned before these people see you as a $ stay away from this dealership and save your self a headache. I got a beautiful car hopping i can enjoy it now i have to go trade it and lose soo much money. Shame on these people More

Frankly, the best we've encountered yet. I thought that would be impossible for a dealer, but they accomplished that. The only thing would be that it was a long wait on a weekend to see financial but apparently the other personal had got sick. So it was completely understandable. They took our needs into account and fulfilled them completely. We would absolutely go back again. More

They sell lemons to public without revealing everything about the vehicle. We bought a 2008 preowned 7 series from this dealership. It was nothing but problems with this car from day 1. It kept asking to add oil to it. We knew that there must be some type of an oil leak. They kept telling us that it's because of the driving my husband does. I have never heard of such an excuse from any dealer for any car. The reason that it kept asking to add oil was because of the leak that they deliberately kept quiet about until last week. Finally, they tell us about the leak and of course we had to pay to fix it. They replaced 4 tires for us and charged us arm and a leg last year. Now they are telling us the tires are worn out and need to be replaced. This doesn't end here. 3 days ago, it showed a light for some transmission issues, which they never revealed to us a week ago. Now the whole transmission needs to be replaced costing us 8800 or so. This place is not untrustworthy and their customer service is despicable. They sold us a lemon and made thousands of dollars thereafter in fixing numerous problems with the car. They won't even print out everything we have fixed in the car with them saying it's too much work to do so. We are filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. Let them deal with this awful dealership. Stay away from them. More

After waiting 10 minutes after asking someone for a sales person, I was finally presented with the opportunity to test drive the car. When we started talking price, they demonstrated they could not do math since they only subtracted about $423 when I presented them with the $500 college grad discount printout. Overall they were very rude throughout the whole process and I would never go back. It was almost as if they thought that I couldn't afford a $39,965 "BMW" because I was 23. I'm happy I ended up with my 2016 Infiniti Q50 3.0 twin turbo AWD (which was $46,640) :). More

My Advisor was Camron ... very professional he updated me throughout the day, did everything he said would be done and even had my vehicle cleaned. The best part was the X5 loaner they provided.
