Both managers (sales and finance) checked in with me a few different times on a different days to make sure everything was going ok. Even sales people walking by would ask if I wanted a water or ice tea as they were walking by. Very well run dealership !! Finished up the process with Tim Hall (BMW Genius) showing every feature my new X5 50i has to offer. He was incredibly informative and made sure I was following him through every step.
