My Advisor was Camron ... very professional he updated me throughout the day, did everything he said would be done and even had my vehicle cleaned. The best part was the X5 loaner they provided. All games. No respect NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.........Although my initial impression and experience would have warranted a 5 star rating, things changed quickly. Initially I ha NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.........Although my initial impression and experience would have warranted a 5 star rating, things changed quickly. Initially I had a great test drive and was in the process of negotiating a fair price for the vehicle. Then it all changed. After a price was agreed upon, the sales rep went to "check" and that's when another sales manager came out and refused to honor the price that I had previously agreed upon. Wouldn't even think about it. Then when I got up and left, the original manager came out and asked if we would have a deal if he could get the original price. Bait and switch. And to make it worse, when I reached out via email to client relations and explained what had happened and my frustration, they acknowledged nothing. The next day they contacted me the next day to see if I would make a deal based on the price I had negotiated but I declined. After traveling an hour there, spending and hour and half at the dealership, and driving and hour and half home plus the games they played, I felt as though my time was worth more than the originally negotiated price. However they didn't think so. So if you like games, be sure to stop in but if you value your time, take your business to a place where they will respect it. More

Superb service experience I had a real problem with my X5 BMW showing warning signs of engine overheating. The advisor was very professional, was able to accommodate my service I had a real problem with my X5 BMW showing warning signs of engine overheating. The advisor was very professional, was able to accommodate my service request in a timely manner. They had to keep the car for a few days however, I was informed every step of the way and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle so that I did not have to feel stranded without my vehicle. My overall experience was great, my vehicle felt and looked like a car by the time they were through with their services. I would truly recommend this service department to everyone.!!!! excellent service, wonderful experience! More

I received water without asking, was offered coffee and pizza, and felt like I was having an informal conversation about cars with him rather than being sold a car. He made me feel confident about my purchase and included some auxiliary "stuff" (second key fob, for example) that the last dealership I purchased from refused to include. More
