Nice waiting area lounge with free bagels, coffee, juice etc. Very nice parts/store with all sorts of neat BMW gadgets. I would definitely recommend the dealership and I would return here for service and possibly sales down the road. More

Both managers (sales and finance) checked in with me a few different times on a different days to make sure everything was going ok. Even sales people walking by would ask if I wanted a water or ice tea as they were walking by. Very well run dealership !! Finished up the process with Tim Hall (BMW Genius) showing every feature my new X5 50i has to offer. He was incredibly informative and made sure I was following him through every step. Bob, from client relations made the appointment for me to come in and expedited everything. I didn't waste time and everyone who I encountered from the receptionist to the lot people was friendly. Never felt pressured at any point and negotiating was smooth. The finance manager Jeffrey went over all my options and was very thorough. Tim, the delivery coordinator was the best and my M3 looked pristine. I've purchased vehicles from other dealers and would never consider going back again. However be assured that I'll only be doing business at BMW Gallery Norwood from now on! 5 stars. More
