I had a great experience when I Dropped off my car But after that, I received a call from Timothy, letting me know that my car would not be ready in time for pick up and to leave it for the rest of the we after that, I received a call from Timothy, letting me know that my car would not be ready in time for pick up and to leave it for the rest of the weekend and pick it up on Monday. Monday, I received no call so called them, and I was told someone would call me back (they referred to Timothy) and I never got a call back . Tuesday, I called to find out the status and received a lot of attitude from Tina the cashier. She proceeded to let me know that she already spoke to a family member of mine “ The man in charge “ Which was completely inappropriate as it was a false/offensive statement. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, Teresa, I was put on hold, and when they picked up the phone, they immediately hung up on me. I called back and it was Tina the cashier who picked up. She immediately let me know that the supervisor would call me back because she was too busy. I was also busy at work but had to call back to try and speak with someone 2 days in a row to find out the status of my vehicle. I received two missed calls and a voicemail from Tina the cashier. She said in the voicemail that my car was ready for pick up and my paperwork was complete. I did not get to speak to a supervisor and express my concerns and frustrations. My car was picked up and I still have not heard back from the supervisor, teresa. More
