I left my garage opener in my truck and asked the young lady who filled out the paperwork if she could get it for me? After 15 minutes of waiting in the loaner I asked what happened then she told me that lady who filled out the paperwork if she could get it for me? After 15 minutes of waiting in the loaner I asked what happened then she told me that she was not able to find the technician that was working on my truck. Derrick, my customer service representative was sitting there and never acknowledged my presence. I felt unappreciated and that they were uncaring about their customers. Though I cannot prove it but I wonder about the quality of the work done. More
