I left my garage opener in my truck and asked the young lady who filled out the paperwork if she could get it for me? After 15 minutes of waiting in the loaner I asked what happened then she told me that lady who filled out the paperwork if she could get it for me? After 15 minutes of waiting in the loaner I asked what happened then she told me that she was not able to find the technician that was working on my truck. Derrick, my customer service representative was sitting there and never acknowledged my presence. I felt unappreciated and that they were uncaring about their customers. Though I cannot prove it but I wonder about the quality of the work done. More

My original complaint with intermittent gesture control to swipe left/right was not verified. However, vehicle inspection revealed leaking water pump. I would give 5 stars except technician damaged my radi to swipe left/right was not verified. However, vehicle inspection revealed leaking water pump. I would give 5 stars except technician damaged my radiator during water pump repair. All were eventually replaced and covered under warranty. I was disappointed in the service advisor lack of communication. Seems I had to call to get status of my car. More
Poor communication from your team led to a four hour wait and drive home in evening traffic through a thunderstorm. I will not be returning to your dealership.
