Absolutely abysmal experience with Pompano Beach BMW. The manager got into a car accident with the car I had a deposit on, which reduced the residual value of the car and it delayed me taking ownership o The manager got into a car accident with the car I had a deposit on, which reduced the residual value of the car and it delayed me taking ownership of the car by several weeks. Additionally, they charged my credit card twice for the earnest deposit and after 5+ business days that transaction still has not been processed. They are not timely in their responses and they are not honest and transparent. Their suggested remedy after all of this was to ship the car to my home address at a cost to them of $300. More

8am appointment for first service. Was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours took 5.5 hours , told only thing needed was an oil change. NO PAPERWORK OR DOCUMENTS.
