We picked up the car last week and it exceeded expectations! Importantly, a product expert (Sha) was available to review the many features, and programmed my IPhone and garage door opener!! From start to finish Sam Doxsey was my amazing and highly experienced client adviser. He communicated with me and kept me informed every time he was notified the ETA of my 2018 X3 vehicle. When I came to pick up my BMW I also met with Tarek Mirshak in the Finance Dept. who is extremely helpful and professional. I was then introduced to the BMW Genius Yannis Rigas – Wow! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he showed me the computer screen's various functions and how they worked and every other part of the vehicle. Yannis also came out as I test drove the car to show me even more functions and thoroughly answered my questions! Thank You Yannis!!!
