I had to go in because my 2025 X5 molded pieces on the rocker panels were loose. Upon repair the tech actually damaged the driver panel with the clamping tool. They then had to replace the entire driver r rocker panels were loose. Upon repair the tech actually damaged the driver panel with the clamping tool. They then had to replace the entire driver rocker panel piece and then paint. I picked it up on my lunch break & realized when I got it home that the driver door was making a noise upon opening. We realized it was sitting on the panel itself and running back and forth. I called and spoke to service director and he sent Jose Barbosa to my house to fix it. Jose was able to fit the rocker panel back in correctly. He was very professional, went out of his way to check the fluids in my car and ensure the work was done at the top level. I had lost faith in BMW South Austin and was concerned about BMW vehicles but after working with Jose he has restored my faith! More
