UPDATE 9/19/2025: Kurt Dooley reached out, and everything has been resolved. recently bought a used 2021 Audi with really low mileage from BMW of Tampa. I was told that the car was given a 100 everything has been resolved. recently bought a used 2021 Audi with really low mileage from BMW of Tampa. I was told that the car was given a 100% inspection. But within a couple of days of purchase, I started smelling anti freeze. I first thought that it might be due to them recently adding fluids to the car. Two weeks later I’m still smelling anti freeze so I took the car to a local Audi dealership to check it out. I was told by the mechanic that the water pump has a leak and it showed that the water pump was leaking for a while due to rust stains. The mechanic told me that it was going to cost over $6000 to replace the water pump. The mechanic provided a video of the water pump and rust stains. On September 4, 2025 I emailed the management of BMW of Tampa and attached the video from the mechanic. I received an email back later that night on September 4 from a manager, where he apologized and asked that I bring the car in for his mechanics to look over. And he stated that “Hopefully, we will connect tomorrow and can try and work on a solution. Once again, I apologize for the issue.” I emailed back informing him that I already had the car repaired due to the urgency of the matter. I gave him a time to call me. More
Horrible experience! I have tried twice to use their service department since it is the closest location. Both times I was treated poorly. I felt dismissed and was not given truthful information. I was asked to spend money on a brand new car that was not my responsibility. I did my own local research on the part needed and easily found dealerships in the area that had it in stock when I was blatantly told in person those locations did not have it and it was on back order! I found service elsewhere on the same day where I was treated respectfully and my needs were met with ease. There was no runaround with information and there was communication carried out that was necessary to make sure the cost did not fall onto me. Shame on this service department for wasting my day unnecessarily and shame on them for not taking the initiative to make sure I was happy. BMW service personnel at any location should treat BMW owners properly. More

Our salesman was nice but he was just a pawn depending on supposed management to get him prices, keys to vehicles etc.. We waited 20 minutes just for him to locate keys. They tell you one thing and then do completely the opposite. I will never step foot into this dealership again. Mrs Reeves was an upstanding member of the Tampa community. From the $2900 in extra fees they try to add on to the purchase, to the other tactics, if your IQ is above 50 you will catch on fast and run! More
Disappointing. . Recently bought a used CPO car from this dealership. Worked with them online and over the phone as they had a car that I was specifically looking fo . BMW B7 , I have received the car and it is not as described at all. The team let a car that was supossedly recondition to BMW specification and by the salesman LIKE NEW ship out of the dealership with the following comments from the shipper. " Oil and dirt mark all over the car, 40 small paint chips just on front half of car, damage to the front bumper painted over, 40 + dimples in the paint and lastly front spoiler has damage on bottom." Once received I would add inside had zero detailing done to it, I have been working with my sales rep to in his words "make this right" Have spoken to the General sales manager who assured me he would make it right and left a message for the GM... With the exception of the sales rep crickets. Car is now 3000 miles from the dealership! Should have known better you would think a business would want to make it right?
