All my years of owning vehicles and taking them in to be serviced I have never experienced the customer service I received at BMW/ VOLKSWAGEN in Topeka, Ks. There was a big recall on my car that I didn't know about. Melissa took the time to explain the recall to me, set me up to bring my car in, put me in a courtesy car. Not long after dropping my vehicle off I receive a text from BMW regarding my vehicle. There was a 32 point inspection, video of what needed to be fixed and pictures of what needed to be repaired/ replaced. I also had 4 critical things that needed to be taken care of with an estimate of what it was going to cost. A few of the things I declined at the moment as I was only wanting the major repair to be taken care of. After having my car for 2 weeks I received another critical text about my vehicle. In this video I was shown that the bottom coil spring had broke when taking the sway bar off my vehicle to get to the area they needed to repair the major issue I was having. After watching the video I was advised that I would not be able to drive my car without having the coil replaced. I was devasted as I didn't know how I was going to afford that bill. After talking with Melissa and the General Manager of service, they concluded that they would cover the repair as they weren't sure if they were at fault for the coil breaking or not. They weren't sure if it was cracked or not when the sway bar was taken off. I was shocked when I heard that as I did not have the money to take care of that problem at the moment. In my opinion the whole service team went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. I will be forever grateful for the outstanding service I received. I will continue to take my vehicle to BMW/ Volkswagen as long as I own my VW. More
I've owned VW's since 1990, love them, from Rabbits to Passats, great vehicles. I've has them serviced at this location. The price still stings, but the work is first class and the customer service is first rate. I've purchased 3 new and several used vehicles from this location. They're up-front and willing to assist when possible. More

I am a beamer enthusiastic individual , have both my veicheles getting routinely services from them. I do have a love hate relation with them for their prices but trust me "YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN CUA veicheles getting routinely services from them. I personally suggest that one should only own a beamer if he/she can afford it's maintainence on a regular basis. I feel BMW of Topeka has delivered any dissapointmets to me in the last three years although finding appointments lately with them is not good - please increase size of operations, you have way too many Volkswagens and beamers in Topeka since the last three years where your size of operations may not have multiplied accordingly. Ms Mellisa Reno does a great job so please be patient, her job is busy with extreme multitasking so it's not easy remember that. The BMW dealerships and services stations have the most advanced software that can diagonise and read your car to its best , also your technicians are updated with the latest information about your car. I am not sure if you can avail such precision else where. However these things may not apply for individuals or groups who are on stage modifications or aftermarket lovers as there is somebody better for beamers plus mods but they are waayyyyy overbooked. Please please be very careful with treating your cars nicely, I highly recommend people to go to BMW of Topeka for maximum customer satisfaction in a 50 mile radius. More

I have had service work done here a number of times and every time it has been outstanding. Melissa has always gone out of her way to get my vehicle in for service when repairs are needed. Not having a dealership where I live makes it even more important to have a service advisor who you can really trust. Highly recommend. More
