Worst customer service I've experienced from a car dealership, from their disingenuous Sales staff, to their financial department. I purchased two cars and leased one within the last 3 years, and not dealership, from their disingenuous Sales staff, to their financial department. Read the reviews, they answer with an empty "Our GM would like to help turn your experience around", and my question is, why does the client have to call him, after your team knows you had a bad experience?.
