I took my 15 year old vehicle there as it had a few yellow idiot lights illuminated since the summer. After diagnosis, I was quoted a very reasonable $240 dollar repair. A short time later I was told yellow idiot lights illuminated since the summer. After diagnosis, I was quoted a very reasonable $240 dollar repair. A short time later I was told the attempted fix did not work so I was credited and rebilled $160 which I paid on line. I went and picked up the keys and returned a day later for the car. I dropped my daughter off with the car and she immediately called me to return. The car was lurching and making noises. It was apparent to ne it was stuck in 4 wheel drive and was lurching every 6 inches. The car was undriveable! As the car was parked 50 yards from the service bays and backed in to a spot, the tech had to have felt these issues! I was stunned they were returning it in that condition. Upon my return yhe next busines day, a tech got in the car which made a huge groan within a few feet. The tech attempted to tell me it was the e brake. I told him to drive right and left as I watched the car crab and skid repeatedly before the tech acknowledged a problem. Long story short they undid the fix and the car was returned drivable but now with a red brake warning instead of a yellow one with out sp much as a "sorry about that". This is the second time I have gotten the car back from them with a red brake warning illuminated and no follow up information. Not much else to say really. More

Had an appt. at 10:00 am and it took 15 minutes to see service advisor---she was very busy-- and then a 3 hour wait---1:00 pm-- for a simple oil change and inspec at 10:00 am and it took 15 minutes to see service advisor---she was very busy-- and then a 3 hour wait---1:00 pm-- for a simple oil change and inspection. Not acceptable. Will now consider going to another service center. I realize there is a shortage of help, but scheduling is lacking. I would not recommend this service center until they can make a commitment to be more prompt in their service and make improvements to expedite service. More
