Thanks to Sean Burton and John Warren for another excellent service experience. Sean is friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent service advisor. John has worked on my 2014 435i for many years (since 4/17/2018) and has consistently performed outstanding work. Repairs needed are identified and expertly performed. My vehicle required many repairs during this service, some of which were probably quite challenging on a vehicle this age (the A/C condenser, radiator, front strut and rear shock absorber replacements). These are the reasons I travel 200 mi. from Boston to BMW of Westchester for service. The repair bill was quite expensive. I hope the investment will keep my 2014 435i on the road for many more years to come. More

This dealer has a policy to not sell used vehicles to out of state residents! Reason given - "to keep our cars in the local community". ?? They are losing my business. I had $7,500 worth of repairs done on my 2019 430i.
