Time to change the oil in my 2008 Sebring! I called Baraboo Motors and spoke to Samantha Faul to arrange for an oil change. At that time I also asked her if she would check the records to see if my car was due for any other procedures. My car is 7 years old with mileage just over 21,000 miles. She did as I asked and called me back the next day. She suggested that in addition to the oil change a tune-up and brake inspection would be advisable at this time. This seemed like a good idea to me so she set a date for service on Sept. 15th at 1 PM. My car received a thorough inspection by David Radtke and I was handed a bill for $188.05 instead of the original estimate of $637.00 for the work done. I had received a detailed report from Sarah Pate on all the work done on the vehicle.. I wish to express my appreciation to all involved for a job well done!! More

Great follow up and strives for customer service. Glad I went with MOPAR! Last December I had my pads & rotors replaced - Samantha suggested I go with MOPAR parts, and I'm glad she did. Great service! I was in Baraboo from out of town and needed a repair to my breaks and seal. Transmission Repair Noticed a leak of some kind of fluid from my Chrysler Town & Country. I have never had any major repairs to a vehicle before so I was concerned. Noticed a leak of some kind of fluid from my Chrysler Town & Country. I have never had any major repairs to a vehicle before so I was concerned. Initial thoughts were that there was a leak from a faulty transmission gasket. After Baraboo Motors was able to begin the repairs, they determined that a couple of interior parts to the transmission were faulty and the full repair was covered by warranty. I can't tell you how good that made me feel: not only did they repair my vehicle but they took care of me in an honest fashion. I am a loyal customer of Baraboo Motors Group and will remain so just because of this excellent treatment! More
