I went there & he told me so many negative lies abt Baker. I purchased from him & remorseful now I am back at BAKER!! If it were so bad why would his wife still work there my son pointed out!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO ANYONE BUT BAKER!!! BEST DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY FOR SINGLE WOMEN!! Management team is AMAZING!!! Finance is better than you will find anywhere else!!! The finance side are liars and misleading!! If I could give them a no star rating I would. The finance woman named eyvette blew up my phone and harassed me to come in person to the dealership. I kept asking her what bank was I approved through bc I live in Katy and I did not want to drive that far to waste my time nor theirs. She kept guaranteeing I was approved already and just needed to come in. It's very frustrating that they tell u all these lies to get you to come in and set you up for failure. So for the future consumers I'm helping with this review to hopefully help you out especially with challenged credit. If they can't give you an amount over the phone that your approved for or tell you what bank approved you don't fall for their lies and save your gas and time. More

The Usual Outstanding Customer Service I was assisted by my service advisor Kevin Jeon who gave VIP service as usual. I brought my Nissan Altima on Friday Sept 30 to have the right Sunviso I was assisted by my service advisor Kevin Jeon who gave VIP service as usual. I brought my Nissan Altima on Friday Sept 30 to have the right Sunvisor replaced. Kevin found out it was defective and he was so nice to order one for me and it finally arrived on that date. Kevin also performed a multipoint inspection on my Altima and have it washed at the end. I am always very pleased to deal with Kevin since he always goes the extra mile to care of my Altima as well as my wife's Nissan Sentra. More
