My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
In all honesty, I only stopped by the dealership to look at a car, having my 10 year old son with me. But Frank made me feel incredibly comfortable by answering every question honestly and completely. Before I knew it, I had purchased my wife a pretty good anniversary present. My wife and I have purchased 5 cars from other dealerships on Rt 2, but we have never had the service that we received from both Frank and Steve Rodrigues. These two are a credit to your dealership and I would happily recommend all of my family and friends to buy their vehicles from Bald Hill. In fact, both my 10 year old and 6 year old sons spent time looking at the cars they want to buy. The MW3 Jeep looks real good.

After dealing with 3 other car dealerships first, the choice was easy when it came to purchasing my new Jeep from Bald Hill. Scott Stewart went above and beyond taking care of any questions I had; assisting with my trade in; getting me the price I wanted for my new Jeep; and wrapping everything up to allow me to drive my new vehicle home that day. He even made sure my cell phone was synced with my new Jeep, and that I understood the navigation system and satellite radio. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bald Hill, and dealing with Scott as a Product Specialist.

My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I recently purchased a new 2012 Chrysler 300 from Shayne Dyer. I was cautious at first because I live in NJ and had to travel to the Dealership to trade my existing car and pick up the new one. I did not want to make the trip more than once, so everything needed to be ready and settled on that day. Shayne did an excellent job of having everything ready for me and the deal we made over the phone/email is exactly what was presented to me that day at the dealership. I had some minor problems when I got the car home . . .but Shayne was there via phone to answer all my questions. It was the weekend and no Chrysler dealers in NJ were open . . but I knew I could count on Shayne to take my call (even though it was Saturday Night and the dealership was closed!) Shayne is the true meaning of customer service and although I had issue with the car and was now back in NJ . . Shayne was in constant contact to make sure things were being taken care of and that I was satisfied. His follow through and attention to details impressed me. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealer . . and most certainly from Shayne. Thank you Shayne! I love my new car!
