While in Holland the other day, the issue was occuring, so I stopped at the dealership. The service advisor, Jake, got one the technicians, Russ to ride with me. Russ diagnosed the problem and Jake got my truck in right then and had it fixed the next morning since I had to travel to Ludington. A courtesy driver, Vern, drove me home to Grand Haven and John picked me up the next morning. Both Vern and John were really shining examples of customer service. Barber Ford is the best dealership I have ever worked with and would recommend them to anyone.THEY ARE THE BEST!! More

Service once again was not spot on. He knew his stuff and helped me with the lease of my new Ford Flex shortly after retiring from Ford and initial contact with Salesman Pete Shearer. Scammed me Asked them to check my tires and told me my brakes were needing fixed. I brought it back to them immediately and got told “sometimes it does that” when none of those lights had ever come on before. More
