I had a excellent experience at Barbour- Hendricks. I went online and noticed they had the car I had been looking high and low for, 2016 MDX. Instantly I called and I spoke with Dawn Peters. I explained that I lived in Raleigh, and I didn’t want to travel all the way to Greenville for a car to be disappointed once I got there, something I had already been through within the last 2 months while going car shopping. I also explained that the bank had certain expectations, which had to be met before I purchased the car through my bank. She totally understood and send me a in-depth video of the car, in and out, told me the exact mileage on the car and stated once I got there she would provide me with the Car-Fax. Let’s just say by the time I talked to her I was planning my trip to Greenville, which I had went the very next day and if I could have, I would of went that same day but I was at work. Once arriving Dawn made my purchase as smooth as possible. I can go on and on about how great my experience was with Dawn, but I would be here all day. But, I would say I instantly fell in love with my car once arriving and I’m still in love with my car and I’m blessed to have met someone like Dawn peters, because before meeting her my hopes of finding exactly what I wanted and meeting the expectations of what the bank wanted was gone. Not only do Barbour- Hendricks have great cars, but they also have excellent workers. Thanks again Dawn Peters!! More

JUSTIN MIDYETTE 💜💜💜💜💜 Justin I’d the type of person you just meet and go home and thank God for people in this world like him. Long story short, I got my car to Justin after another shop completely des you just meet and go home and thank God for people in this world like him. Long story short, I got my car to Justin after another shop completely destroyed a perfectly good transmission by putting the wrong fluid in during a prior service. Justin not only contacted the shop that destroyed my transmission, he also kept a sample of the fluid extracted from my car for proof. Justin was extremely helpful and comforting, he kept me in the loop regarding my vehicle and repair status. Justin was a breath of fresh air after everything I’d encountered, he treated me like I was his daughter. I love love love Justin 💜💜 and he is now the ONLY person with permission to ever touch my car again. God bless you and your family Justin, your daughters are so lucky to have a father like you. I had the most excellent experience in trading in a 2015 Honda Accord for a 2022 Honda Civic Touring with Frankie Williamson. I went in for an oil change, got curious about what was new on the lot, started Honda Accord for a 2022 Honda Civic Touring with Frankie Williamson. I went in for an oil change, got curious about what was new on the lot, started walking around and met Frankie, and we started talking Accords, I got to sit in a 2021 Accord Touring Hybrid, and got a full education on all the new tech and safety features. For the heck of it, we did a trade in value for my 2015 Accord, and compared that to what was left on the auto loan and learned all the positive equity in my 2015. I was immediately set on getting a 2021 Accord EX-L but when I saw that the 2022 Civic was completely redesigned and re-categorized as a sedan, and I could get the Touring edition with more tech than the Accord EX-L, I was sold on the new Civic Touring. After holding a Civic Touring in the color I wanted, my car was manufactured and found its way to Barbour Hendrick Honda. I just got my 2022 Civic Touring in Meteorite Gray with tan leather interior today and I couldn’t be more impressed with how the car exceeded my expectations. Something else that exceeded my expectations? A Client Relations employee by the name of Frankie Williamson and a dealership called Barbour Hendrick Honda. Frankie was there for me every step of the way, and Barbour Hendrick Honda made the process in trading in my 2015 Accord for the new baby…the sporty and utterly luxurious Civic Touring. I highly recommend both Frankie Williamson as a Client Relations point person and Barbour Hendrick Honda as a dealership. I was already in love with the Service Department and how awesome they were in taking care of my Accord, so to receive 5-star service by the Sales Department made me feel extremely lucky to have found Frankie on the car lot, and to have such a professional dealership only 10 minutes from my home. You cannot go wrong with a Honda. You cannot go wrong with Barbour Hendrick Honda. And you certainly cannot go wrong with Frankie Williamson handling your trade in/purchase/lease of a new car. More
