I stopped into this dealership looking for a vehicle for my elderly mother. I did not want to subject her to the high pressure sales pitches that some places can give. My salesman's name was Hank and he was really nice--too nice i thought at first. Then i figured out that I was going to be his first sale. I found a car that I thought my mother would like, and took it for a test drive to get her. My mom fell in love with it at first sight, and we picked up my brother too. When we got back to the dealership, my brother and I told them what we were willing to pay, that we wanted an extended warranty, and that if they could not meet our needs we would go elsewhere to buy the same car. It turned out that the "walk out the door" price including tax, tags, and a 3 yr warranty with $0 deductible was LESS than what we originally wanted to spend! She paid cash and was soooo happy to drive her car away. That was about 6 months ago, and everyday my mother calls me and says "I know you're getting tired of hearing this, but I just love my car!" If you get the chance to go there, tell Hank his first sale sent you! More
