This was my first time buying a car at Stan Olsen. From the moment I arrived at the dealership until the time we drove off in our new (used) car, we were treated with respect and kindness. He was not pushy, knew his stuff, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. It was evident that he was not, nor anyone at Stan Olsen, trying to mislead me in any way, and they were very willing to work with me, in doing some minor corrections to the body work, as it had not even been cleaned up, when I arrived to JUST LOOK. I feel like I got a great deal with my car and I couldn't be happier.I bought a 2010 SUBARU FORESTER with VERY LOW mileage and I LOVE it! It drives wonderfully and you can't beat it, cant wait for winter to see how it gets around... as I am TOLD it will AMAZE ME.. If I had to buy another car, I would certainly return back to Stan Olsen and I would highly recommend them and our salesman, Tom, to anyone. Great customer service, great cars, and very satisfied customer . Also LOVE the Guys in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, as I ordered some Extras, and the Part Man and Service Guys were Awesome TOO... I went to Stan Olsen Subaru on December 30, 2012 looking for an end of year deal on a 2013 Outback. I talked with Stewart for a while, he asked me what exactly I was looking for and made sure we had a very for an end of year deal on a 2013 Outback. We sat down to talk numbers on New Year's Eve, but we couldn't come to an agreement. Stewart said he would keep working for me, and he didn't lie. We sat down again three days later and we were able to come to the deal I was looking for. I hope Stewart is still there in ten years when I'm ready for another. More

I don't enjoy the "art of the deal" but have now purchased 4 new vehicles from Mike Penton and his staff in the internet sales department. I've gotten quotes from other internet sales departments on similar vehicles, but no one else has come close. The service is really what sets the department above the rest, though. After agreeing on a price, I've literally made an appointment to pick up the vehicle and driven away within about 45 minutes. Mike and his group has the utmost integrity in this process and he goes out of his way to accomodate my schedule and make sure the transaction is completed smoothly. I would have no reservations recommending this auto group, and especially this staff and this way of purchasing your next new vehicle. More

I started the process through a buying service run by my insurance company USAA. Within two hours, I was contacted by Brandon Rigas of Stan Olsen Auto Center. We arranged everything by phone and email. When I finally visited the dealership (140 miles from home), all I had to do was sign the paperwork, hand over the check, and drive away. Brandon gave me a "guided tour" of the car, and even paired my Android phone with the car's Bluetooth system. The price was excellent, and the car is the highly rated 2012 Mazda 3i Touring with SkyActiv engine and 6-speed manual transmission. It is the most fun-to-drive car I've ever owned, and the fuel economy is outstanding. I'd recommend Stan Olsen to anyone, for any of their several excellent car brands. More
