Any other time I’ve had a vehicle in for service I would give 5 stars. Service department had my vehicle for 5 weeks and I was only contacted twice. I trust the technician, but feel that I should have been give 5 stars. Service department had my vehicle for 5 weeks and I was only contacted twice. Worst experience for a simple service I’ve ever had. Won’t be back. It’s a shame it takes 4 hours to get a simple oil change and fuel filter change especially when you have an appointment. I actually dropped the truck off at 11:30 and they called at 11:55 to ask if I wanted my tires rotated. I told them no to save a little money then got there and noticed the basic service came with complimentary tire rotation…. My 1:45 appointment wasn’t ready until 5:10 which is completely unacceptable and on top of that the bull was over 700 dollars. More
