Easy from start to finish! I recently totaled my 2011 Ford Escape. I had to rent a car while I was waiting for my insurance claim to process. I did some research on the new 2019 Escapes on multiple dealer websites. I heard from Monica & Kyle quickly about the Escape I was interested in buying.
