The dealership cheated me by adding extra cost to the purchase price (as they didn’t honor the online price advertised) minus incentives and other discounts that are applicable to me. Each time I pointed out that they were overcharging me they claim to correct it but continue to give us purchase orders that had the erroneous price Finally, Patrick Coleman claimed to have corrected overcharge and acknowledged the price for the purchase of the car. He added the cost of a bogus warranty (that wasn’t what I requested and he had no documentation to confirm the coverage. He didn’t even know who we were financed with, but promised to get that info from the sales manager. Patrick printed out a two carbon copy contracts (allegedly.corrected) but he claimed the type on the carbon copy (that we were given- was too light because the dealership’s printer was old and out-dated. We bought the car over the internet (at home), but it wasn’t until we got home that we were able to truly see the contract and we saw that they mark the price up once again. I called Patrick and he promised the lady in accounting would correct they overcharge. Despite our signed purchase agreement these people added extra products that we did not request another bogus fees. Don’t buy from this dealership. They will do anything to get a sale. More
