The service department is the worst I have ever seen! !!! I dropped my vehicle off for warranty work. Three weeks and counting, they have not even looked at it yet! Their excuse is someone is on vacation !!! I dropped my vehicle off for warranty work. Three weeks and counting, they have not even looked at it yet! Their excuse is someone is on vacation, so they’re short staffed. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a Jeep in 2019 from Bayside, when you’re buying from them they are your best friend, bending over backwards, now they don’t have the time of day for me. More

Bought my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Bayside in February of 2022. Had my first service/oil change yesterday 2/09/2023 and the service department was awesome to work with. Got me in quickly and performed ever 2022. Had my first service/oil change yesterday 2/09/2023 and the service department was awesome to work with. Got me in quickly and performed everything that I needed in a very timely fashion. All of the staff there are friendly, courteous and professional! I highly recommend them. More

Justen was great. He made choosing a new vehicle a simple process. He let me test drive Three different vehicles and I ended up choosing the 3rd option!
