I would not recommend anyone to go to Bayway Cadillac Their service is terrible. You do not feel like a customer who has spent over 100,000 on a vehicle. They do not speak when you pull up for service, every time you bring your car for service they add a new problem that did not exist. They give you a loaner car and suddenly 2 weeks in with no warning, they tell you that they are going to charge you for tolls with no warning, because that is their new policy. The list of issues go on and on. They are unprofessional and Sewell would be my recommendation any day. We went here because they are close to home, but it is worth driving an hour across town to avoid this dealership. More

Worst experience of my life, wife bought an Escalade that was presented to be 4x4 only for us to find out it wasn’t. Dealership refused to buy it back. I recently purchased a used vehicle, and Jorge Donaire, the salesman, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He took the time to let me test drive each one and thoroughly expla the salesman, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He ensured I was satisfied with my choice and even made sure my phone was connected before I drove off with my new car. The Check Engine light in my Cadillac went on when I was visiting the area from out of town - the day after Thanksgiving and the day before I had to leave. I didn't miss a meal with my family and I didn't have to worry about what would happen driving home with the Check Engine light on. Icing on the cake was that the work was covered under warranty (i.e. no charge). Appreciate their honesty as well as service! More
