Just to follow up on my review: I received two phone calls from Beach Ford. A Service Manager and also a call from Jeff Tuell, who promised he would get back with me after talking to management. Nothing happened after that, no refund, no apology, no retraction whatsoever. So apparently it is ok with Mr. Barton if his employees create fraudulent documents, lie to customers, charge for repairs that are not needed and not inform custmers of what really should be done for their own benefit. It's all about profits, not relationships not being a part of the "Beach Ford Family". I will update again after this gets litigated. I believe in buying cars made in Detroit, and so I will buy a Dodge Charger or Chevy Camaro, certainly not another Ford. Maybe I can get professional sevice without lies from one of those companies!
