The is by far the worst service department I have every experienced. The techs apparently don't know the proper tools to use to get the job done or don't want to work on older vehicles (97 model) being ol experienced. And I'm sure they do great at getting kudos or whatever bonus they get, for sending people over to the sales department after they mess up their car so bad that it's cheaper to buy a new vehicle ! Over the years I have bought 3 pickup trucks (the last one was a King Ranch which I still have), 2 Escapes (2008s for my daughters) and 2 Edges (a 2008 and now a 2011). The Edge is one of the finest, coolest cars I have ever owned. I would also never take my vehicles anywhere but Beach Ford for service. They always do a great job and are concerned that the work is done right the first time. My daughters (21 and 19) take their Edges their for oil changes and routine maintenance. They are treated so well. I strongly recommend Beach Ford to anyone who is considering purchasing a Ford or Lincoln product. More
