I recently had a transmission flush performed at Beaman Toyota, and shortly after the service, my husband noticed fluid leaking from my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was out of state at the time, so I had to t Toyota, and shortly after the service, my husband noticed fluid leaking from my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was out of state at the time, so I had to take it to another Toyota dealer near my location. They confirmed the issue was related to the prior service. A plug was not put properly back on. Initially, Beaman Toyota assured me they would take care of the problem. However, once the repair was completed by the other dealership, Beaman stopped returning my calls and never followed up as promised. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and follow-through. I expected more from a dealership that claims to value customer service. More
Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. The service technician discovered we had a nail in our rear tire and repai in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. The service technician discovered we had a nail in our rear tire and repaired it so we were in great shape to head home. We appreciate the prompt service and the courteous staff in Beaman Toyota Service Center. The waiting room is very comfortable, modern, and provides water, coffee, and other amenities to customers. Eric kept us informed regarding our car’s progress and let us know right away when our car was ready to drive home. More
Service center made us wait 30 minutes past appointment time to check in, tried to upsell everything, then the final quote for the scheduled service was almost double the price agreed to on the schedule si time to check in, tried to upsell everything, then the final quote for the scheduled service was almost double the price agreed to on the schedule site. The service manager (or so he claimed) said that was the “normal” price and the website (scheduler) did not include oil! Who on earth would expect to book an oil change without oil????? So the listed $79 became $150. Bait and switch. Unethical behavior makes me deeply concerned about the business practices of the entire company. We are new to town, and will be sure to find someone else for services going forward. More

This place is a scam. Extremely over priced work. There have been several times I’ve stopped in for an oil change and been told I needed 4k-8k worth of work on my 2008 Tun Extremely over priced work. There have been several times I’ve stopped in for an oil change and been told I needed 4k-8k worth of work on my 2008 Tundra, only to take it to another mechanic and either find no issue or a very small (cheaper) solution. This dealership doesn’t know how to interact with customers. Charging for anything to make money. The warranty is no where near expired and they don’t want to do an inspection. Then what the heck is the bumper to bumper warranty or THE BEAMAN LIFE TIME WARRANTY, this is just a bunch of crap that they take money for. They don’t deserve it, they don’t deserve to be even rated at one star. I am going to sell my Toyota and go somewhere else where they keep their word and not scam customers. Horrible service, horrible place, horrible attitude, and fake advertisement. DONT BUY FROM HERE AND DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE EITHER!!! More
I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024. for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, rep for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, replace spark plugs, replace drive belt, battery service, cleaning of the terminals. I had my car serviced six (6 months ago) in September 2023, yet the tech in September did not advise me of these things needed to be done. Filters are not going to get as filthy as they were (the tech text a photo) in 6 months. So why didn't the tech in September know this. Also the tech March 12, 2024 states the front struts need to be replaced. It seems the tech in September 2023 did not go a very good job. I am not PLEASED, when I bring my vehicle in for service I am trusting that the tech is fully trained and would advise me of what repairs are needed, THANKS to the tech on March 12, 2024 who made these recommendations, More
I had a standard oil change and tire rotation appointment that I set up online with Beaman in Nashville. I had my check engine light on and when I got there I asked them to see why it was on. I was told by the service rep that the total for my oil change/tire rotation was $100plus tax and I was then told that diagnostic for engine light was $90 plus tax. I was okay with that and asked her to have that done. I dropped my car off and left. I dropped my car off around 630am and did not hear back from anyone until around 3pm. When the service rep called me back she confirmed that they did diagnostic and an evap test due to the gas knob being loose. I never asked for an evap test. She then confirmed that the total for all service was $190plus tax. I asked her to confirm that I heard right and she said total was $190. I get to the dealership and the man there tells me my total is $359! That is not what the service rep told me and when I brought it to his attention he basically just said the diagnostic was $190 and oil change $100. I know I heard my service rep correctly when she said the total for all the service I had done was $190. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Beaman in Nashville. You need to work on clear communication on what total cost is and make sure you ask permission before doing a $190 service. I asked for diagnostic test which I was told was $90. Very dissatisfied with the service from Beaman. More
I scheduled my car to have an oil change and tire rotation via the valet service. When I got my car back there was a large dent in it. I called dealership multiple times a day for 3 days. Every time I was told that I would receive a call by the end of the day from the manager. A phone call never came. Waste of my time. I then took my car in person to the dealership to have the dent addressed. I was told how sorry they were and that the entire panel would be replaced. When I had scheduled to drop my car off at Beaman collision they couldn’t find any evidence of my appointment. 2 hours later Beaman collision got in contact with the dealership and confirmed the appointment. Waste of my time. After I was told by the dealership that the whole panel would be replaced, I go to pick up my car and find out that all they did was pull the dent. It is still visible and now it looks like my car had been in a wreck and half xxx repaired. All in all, my oil change/ tire rotation resulted in a dent in my car, 10+ hours of my time tracking down leads due to crappy communication, and a half xxx repair that has caused the value of my car to decrease.
