Wrongfully charged me for a battery replacement and installation, a couple months later, this discrepancy was found by another Toyota Dealership. Nashville locals know there is no reason to any conduct business here unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy trying to communicate with them. More

Salesman very helpful customer service horrible After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel tax sticker . When I call to ask about this was told that they dont go to my county which is only 16 miles from the dealer , Ashland city but they go to ever other County touching davidson and that it was out of there control. So after arguing with the manager I was told they would go get me the sticker which did not change the county on the license plate. So at this point am quite upset about the service and I go back to the dealer to talk to another manager about this who procedes to go get the other manager to continue to argue about this again. Finally they tell me when I get older that I would understand how things work. Im 45 years old and have never been so disgusted with customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again and if I could I would return the car. More

The service writer blew off my complaint saying the high velocity dryers are the problem. I have been associated with a company that makes exterior auto trim for Toyota among others. Their parts must pass hundreds of car wash cycles to meet Toyota specifications. They have provided Toyota with roof drip moldings in the past including the Rav4. I had an engineer look at my vehicle and the roof drip molding was not assembled properly to Toyota specifications. I expect the service writer to listen to my problems and solve them not tell me to live with it. When my next service is due I will expect it to be corrected. More

Service charge of $131.92 to estimate work of $1282+tax I took 2004 Toyota Highlander to Toyota Service to investigate A/C cycling between hot and cold. They did not tell me the actual charges for diagnosi I took 2004 Toyota Highlander to Toyota Service to investigate A/C cycling between hot and cold. They did not tell me the actual charges for diagnosis but just that the charges will be adjusted if I repaired the car. As it turns, they gave me an estimate of $1282+tax and I declined further work, so they charged me $131.92 for diagnosis. On my return, I searched the internet and found youtube video https://youtu.be/Igch5zayvtg to fix it myself within an 1.5 hr. All it was to solder 3 wires under the dashboard. To me, it boils down to professional misconduct or lack of knowledge of their own product. Beaman Toyota has lost all credibility with me. More
