Skyler was really nice Skyler was knowledgeable and patient with my many questions, and he showed me all of the fancy controls my Ford Edge Plus had on it. He took me through to process very well, and allowed me to step away into another room while I figured out my "own finances" to see if I would be able to afford it..... I don't know how long he has worked for the company, but I hope the new one that took over will pay him well. Please share this with them. The new ownership must know that he is a Gem, I know the new owner may not know him, and it will take some time to get to know him as an employee. This was my first time purchasing from a dealership, and I was very nervous.. but Jenna and Jeff went out of their way to make this process so easy for me.
